Math-  We have started using our workbooks for math.  The class is doing very well.  They are learning numbers, adding, and money values.  We will continue gaining skills for doing more math applications.

Science/Social Studies-  This month is community helper month.  The class will be learning about community helpers and what they do.  They will be discussing what they want to be when they grow up.

We will also be learning about communication and transportation.  They will learn what a vehicle is and the different types used to get from here to there.  They will also be learning different types of communication.  They will also be working on their phone number this month.

This month is also Halloween so we will be doing a lot of Halloween crafts and activities to celebrate the holiday.
